The user who is using the POS system needs to find the answers on-the-go. In addition to this, when the user wants to lookup a customer’s phone number with a particular area code, he/she needs to just enter the area code and answers will pop up. The easiness and convenience with NCR counterpoint is exemplary. Multiple sorting options are available with one lookup. If put simply, this means that the records can be viewed in just almost any order. There is another thing which is beneficial and that is the customization of a lookup window. An authorized user can customize the lookup window to make sure that only the columns that are essential for his/her use are displayed. When there is such a case, one doesn’t need to worry because NCR counterpoint is there. If one has the right authorization he/she can enter the vendor, item, or anything else that needs to be found. All of this can be done right then and right there from the lookup window. One can utilize particular conditions or a criterion to limit or filter records in the database – a very selective feature which is available with NCR Counterpoint. Wherever the records can be viewed or modified, there is an option available of applying filters. The appearing results can be laser selective when lookup and filters are used in a combined manner.
