But if avoiding broken bones is your prerogative, you could be better off enjoying a bottle of milk, based on the number of injuries sustained caused due to alcohol consumption.

Who knew beer also has cancer-fighting compounds. Prenylated flavonoids, a type of antioxidant known to have different disease-fighting properties, are found in the hops that are used to brew most beers. Some research demonstrates that hops can help alleviate harmful inflammation.
